When We Provide a Replacement

If an issue arises due to an error on our part, NCAA Gear Store will take full responsibility. We will ship a replacement product directly to you at no extra cost in the following cases:

  • The product received is the wrong size or model compared to your order.
  • The design or print is incorrect or differs from your selection.
  • The product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., cracked case, peeling print).

The “No-Return” Convenience

To provide the fastest resolution for our fans:

  • No need to ship it back: You are not required to return the incorrect or damaged item to us.
  • Hassle-free: You do not need to place a new order. Once your claim is verified, we will handle the production and shipping of your replacement immediately.

How to Request a Replacement

  2. A clear photo or video showing the issue (the wrong size, incorrect design, or the specific defect).
